funalo Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the funalo platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of our service, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below. These terms apply to all players in the Philippines.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the funalo platform at funalo.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and funalo. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
2. Eligibility
You must meet all of the following conditions to register and use funalo:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously banned from the platform.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
funalo reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the funalo platform. Creating duplicate accounts may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately. funalo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with any other person or allow others to use your account to place bets.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All transactions on funalo are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment methods available on the platform at the time of your transaction. funalo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method you use must be registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard processing times, which are displayed in the payments section of the platform. We reserve the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Any fees associated with payment processing are clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
funalo is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players in the Philippines. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or games.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or misrepresenting your identity during any transaction.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonuses, limits, or any other platform restrictions.
funalo monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any behaviour that appears to violate these rules. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, we will take appropriate action including reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
6. Responsible Gaming
funalo takes its responsibility to promote safe and responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity, including the ability to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and support. Players who choose to self-exclude will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period, and no new accounts may be opened during that time. We reserve the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any account where we identify signs of harmful behaviour, even without a formal request from the player.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the funalo platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of funalo or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any funalo intellectual property may result in legal action. All trademarks and service marks displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
funalo provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, funalo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, delays, or interruptions to service. We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform. Your use of funalo is entirely at your own risk.
9. Privacy and Data
Your personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.
10. Termination and Account Closure
You may close your funalo account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding disputes or investigations. funalo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. We will notify you of any account closure where it is reasonably practicable to do so.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and funalo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
